O HOMEM DAS CAVERNAS (MÃE RÍGIDA E PAI BIPOLAR)!

Parece incrível! Muitas pessoas não se dão conta, o  quanto estão ancoradas, num nível emocional tão fechado, que mais parece uma prisão de segurança  máxima! Sentimentos abafados! Imaginem como ficam esses conteúdo  durante toda uma vida! É quase certo que em algum momento, o organismo vai reagir à essa violência, com desiquilíbrio da energia corporal! Assim acontecem muitas doenças! Glória é uma dessas pessoas! Está visivelmente muito desestruturada. Não sabe quem é, onde se encontra, e nem como achar as chaves de sua cela! Foi criada de uma forma muito repressiva. Filha de uma mulher muito prática, racional e de pouco contato! O olhar dessa mãe, era focado no crescimento social e profissional. Jamais soube dar um beijo afetuoso caloroso! “Beijinho frio, quando muito”! Cobrar resultados, ser crítica, ácida, nisto era “doutorada”! Não suportava nenhum deslize. Sabia humilhar como ninguém! Suas punições atingiam a alma! Não admitia expressão de espécie alguma, nesses momentos cruéis. A lei estabelecida era “sofrer em silêncio”!  Quanto a seu pai, teve que encarar um transtornado bipolar. A difícil convivência com esse tipo de caráter está na oscilação de humor! É assim, como uma gangorra:`- ora está na euforia, ora na depressão! É como se testasse todos os controles emocionais de quem convive com ele! Glória passou por todos essas situações, altamente ameaçadoras à formação de um caráter equilibrado. Uma criança sujeita à esse ambiente emocional, pode adquirir dificuldades na capacidade de expressão e contato por toda a vida! Ela não conseguia fazer  amizades! Tinha muitas dificuldades no convívio  social! Desenvolveu um complexo de rejeição,  tornando-se insegura e muito tímida! Sua identidade ficou muito comprometida. Os conflitos eram seus companheiros constantes! Por outro lado, tinha um desejo muito forte de sair desse estado. Não estava feliz! A partir dessa consciência, buscou ajuda, tentando resgatar, o que havia perdido dentro de si!
