UMA SENHORA MUITO ANTIGA (culpa)

Berenice me procurou porque estava numa angústia muito grande, com dificuldades  de administrar seu estado emocional, naquele momento de vida! Sua queixa começa à partir de um casamento rápido e falido em que se separou e foi morar com a mãe! Fez essa escolha porque estava carente e sofrendo muito! Precisava de acolhimento e de um tempo pra tentar se estruturar. Trazia como bagagem, tristezas e dúvidas. Encontrou na mãe um suporte emocional muito importante. Ela a recebeu com coração e braços abertos! Fazia comidinhas deliciosas e muitos carinhos! Helena, esse era seu nome, voltou a trata-lá como quando era criança. “Parecia uma fera tentando protege-la dos animais perigosos”! No início isso foi bom, afinal, Berenice estava frágil e dependente! Assim o tempo foi passando! A vida voltando a trazer desafios, ela enfrentando-os e sobretudo superando-os! Lentamente a alegria de viver foi ocupando espaços internos e ela começando a sorrir novamente! Com esse novo olhar, foi sentindo a  necessidade de novos caminhos e espaços! A mãe por sua vez, andava feliz da vida por se sentir útil, continuava olhando sua filhinha como se ela continuasse muito fragilizada e dependente! Toda vez que Berenice tentava mostrar que já estava pronta pra recomeçar e correr atrás de seus sonhos e desejos, sua mãe desconversava.  Os conflitos foram aumentando entre as duas! Berenice já não tolerava mais viver dessa forma. Tentava dizer à Helena, sua mãe, que não iria abandona-la, mas que também não podia abandonar a si própria! Explicava que estava tentando recuperar sua autonomia emocional e oferecer também à ela a mesma chance! Estava explícito que Helena nesse episódio todo havia sofrido uma regressão. Estava com muitas dificuldades de enxergar a filha como adulta, se acomodando nessa situação. Na verdade ela estava com dificuldades de olhar pra sua própria vida. Não queria simplesmente falar sobre o tema “mudança”! Ficou deprimida, sentindo-se relegada e rejeitada. Conflito instalado! Desejos queimando! CULPA MASSACRANDO!
