Há certas ocasiões em que mesmo não aceitando, sentimos o coração recheado de mágoas e ressentimentos! Isso aconteceu comigo há algum tempo atrás! Passei por um período de stress! Não parecia ter sido tão agudo! Não sei bem o que aconteceu! Fui ficando muito, muito mal! Afloraram mágoas, conflitos, dores no peito, …! O racional brigava com o emocional, simplesmente! Eu não achava justificativa pra tanta angústia! ( É como se o meu coração estivesse sendo esmagado por mãos muito fortes )! Através de psicoterapia, fui entender que tudo àquilo estava misturado com sofrimentos anteriores. O pequeno stress vivido, naquele momento, tinha acionado situações emocionais profundas, recalcadas dentro do peito! “O FIO DO NOVELO FOI PUXADO”! Como sair desse estado psicoemocional tão violento? Durante o processo terapêutico, iniciei uma ampliação da consciência e fui buscar tratamentos complementares através da acupuntura, alongamento e respiração pra tentar diminuir as contrações musculares intensas, que me deixavam o corpo enrijecido e muito dolorido! O quanto foi dando, no meu ritmo, fui me deixando entrar nas dores. Reconhecer e expressar essas dores! Surfei nas grandes ondas de rejeição e abandono de minha história emocional, que se alternavam com momentos racionais de muita elaboração! Fiz ensaios de perdão e desapego! Me sentia muitas vezes tão cansada, como se estivesse numa guerra! Esvaída de energia! Fui aprendendo que tinha que fazer escolhas mentais e emocionais, “A GENTE ESTÁ ONDE SE COLOCA”! Decodificar as situações vividas! O que já foi pertence ao passado! Dessa forma fui olhando mais o “AQUI E O AGORA”! Foi muito difícil! A clareza foi libertando a alma e o coração! Me surpreendi mais fortalecida e muito mais segura daquilo quero e busco!
