Ela não respeitou seus limites, se auto exigia desmedidamente nas questões práticas da vida, não olhando para os aspectos do “SENTIR”! Seus sentimentos básicos não recebiam nenhum alimento emocional! ADOECEU! De repente se viu sem recursos pra continuar. Não tinha mais pernas e nem cabeça! “Estava quebrada”! Desse jeito não havia condições de enfrentar a vida! Nesse momento de grande sofrimento, se sentiu num conflito muito grande: “Ser a melhor ou ser ela mesma no seu melhor?” Se escolheu! Foi muito difícil para o seu caráter rígido! “Muitas vezes a dor amacia nossas defesas e nos torna uma pessoa melhor”! Com ALICE foi assim, sentiu o grito desesperado de socorro que seu coração expressou, num momento de absoluta ansiedade! Suas histórias emocionais recalcadas, precisando de cuidados. Resolveu fazer as pazes consigo mesma!
