Fico muitas vezes confusa e isso tem me feito muito mal! Estou precisando de ajuda! Essa foi a fala de Helena quando chegou em meu consultório. Fiquei atenta ouvindo tudo o que verbalizava, observando sua expressão corporal. Queria entender o que estava por trás de toda essa queixa, o que de verdade estava lhe causando tanta angústia! A alma veio junto, com dores reprimidas, perdidas ao longo do tempo! Confusão de sentimentos! Peguei sua mão e a levei até o divã. Lá ela pode finalmente respirar, respirar, respirar… Assim foi adentrando no paraíso perdido , lá no fundo de seu ser!
