SEQUESTRO DE MIM! ( SENTIDOS APRISIONADOS).

Respirar plenamente? Todos podemos. Poucos conseguem. O estresse presente no dia -dia é um dos  vilões que muitas vezes altera ritmo e frequência da respiração, deixando o organismo  acelerado, descompassado. ” A respiração natural é automática, inspiramos e expiramos de acordo com o padrão existente em nosso organismo”. Funciona sem a gente perceber ou controlar, a não ser que se faça um trabalho direto, delicado e focado. Os diferentes  padrões de respiração refletem o grau de mobilidade do diafragma. Se ele estiver  comprimido, a amplitude de seus movimentos será limitada e a respiração não será plena, não oxigenando equilibradamente o nosso organismo. Com o tempo, isto pode trazer  danos à saúde. “Somos energeticamente  o resultado da forma que respiramos”. Como já foi citado, podemos focar e interferir no ritmo da respiração,  através da expansão da consciência, transformar padrões doentes em padrões  mais saudáveis.  Para isso, existem várias técnicas em diferentes linhas. Cada linha, dentro de sua abordagem, busca a saúde global do organismo. Quero falar um pouco da importância e da relação que existe entre o “respirar e os nossos sentimentos”. Vivemos num mundo de muitas repressões e formalidades. Longe do nosso cerne. Sentimentos reprimidos, atuam diretamente na contenção do diafragma e muitas vezes em nossa postura corporal. Desde cedo, aprendemos com a repressão a trancar sentimentos, desejos, medos, raivas… Acontecem em vários níveis.  Contenções envenenam o organismo, se instalando no peito, assim como “caixa preta do avião”. Difícil o acesso. Fica lá, guardadinha! Na maioria da vezes, diante do estresse profundo e mal cuidado, o organismo reage como um todo, podendo se comprimir em vários níveis.  A história de Felipe, revela um pouco disso:-  Felipe nasceu forte e cheio de saúde. No entanto, cresceu num lar com muitos preconceitos, sem contato de amor e  pouca afetividade. Não havia chances para se expressar saudavelmente. Assim, foi aprendendo a suportar e conter sentimentos importantes, em sua experiência de vida. Compensava suas frustrações na comida. Tornou-se obeso. A obesidade funcionava como uma defesa entre ele e o mundo. Lá que se escondia e  nutria suas frustrações de forma inconsciente. Esses bloqueios impediam o  medo absurdo de se expressar espontaneamente. O tempo passou. Transformou-se num homem que seria bonito, não fosse sua estrutura corporal rígida e  atitudes robotizadas. Costa encurvada. Parecendo que carrega o mundo sobre elas. Adora livros e filmes trágicos. Tudo que se refere a sofrimento desperta o seu interesse. Acido e muito crítico. Muitas vezes um chato. Sem criatividade.  Assuntos repetitivos. Falar sobre negócios, seu fraco. Isso ele faz bem! Politicamente correto! Tenta se valorizar com as pessoas, o quanto pode. Sente-se rejeitado quando não é  ouvido ou admirado. Acha a realidade da vida natural, maçante. Esconde-se no trabalho.  Não consegue  sentir-se  feliz. Parece que falta sempre algo. Um dia destes, sentindo-se muito ansioso e com a respiração alterada, foi caminhar na praça principal de seu bairro. Conselho de seu médico!  Precisava se distrair, mudar rumos mentais. Na praça, tentou olhar as pessoas e a animação que lá havia. Realmente, o mal estar foi indo embora. Parando  em frente à vitrine de uma loja de perfumes, viu sua imagem refletida no espelho. Espantou-se. Nunca tinha se visto daquela forma. Detestou o que viu! Não era assim que ele se imaginava. Não podia ser ele. Sentiu-se feio, semblante carregado. Realmente aquele não era ele! Naquele segundo, sua mente se integrou um pouquinho mais ao corpo. O espelho foi seu amigo, a auto imagem refletida foi um ponto de partida para expandir sua consciência e se perceber de uma nova forma. Naquele instante  começou a respirar mais pausadamente. A ansiedade foi  melhorando! (Dentro de sua cabeça, houve um confronto entre a sua imagem expressa e a autoimagem). O exercício de andar mobilizou suas emoções. “Ampliação de consciência”.  Surgiu em sua mente, uma cena recorrente, na época do colégio, onde, colegas de classe o  humilhavam, cruelmente. Foi rotulado de ” gordo suado”. Assim que era reconhecido no meio. Rejeitado,  não o convidavam para festas ou esportes. Felipe, vivia isolado! Na época sentia-se impotente para reagir. Relembrar dessa cena o sangue  dele ferveu como antigamente. Sentiu toda a raiva e rejeição que engoliu. Tantos sentimentos bloqueados! A partir desse insight, os caminhos começaram a se abrir para Felipe. Procurou tratamentos. Foi em busca de psicoterapia. Queria se entender melhor e  organizar situações mal resolvidas. Buscou também Yoga, queria reaprender a respirar. Escolhas salutares para a recuperação de si mesmo!  O processo de libertação já tinha começado.  Caminhada interna e respiração é um casamento saudável para harmonizar sentimentos com a consciência. “O SEQUESTRO DE SEU EU ESTAVA COM OS DIAS CONTADOS”.
